For Singapore e-commerce owners on Shopify, WooCommerce or Shopline
Send your store address. Within 48 hours I send three specific things turning customers away, with screenshots, to your WhatsApp. Fix them yourself or ask me to.
You look at your store as the owner. Customers look at it as strangers deciding whether to trust you with their card. These are real findings from last month, names removed.
None of these owners had a traffic problem. They had a trust problem, and they were paying for every visitor who saw it.
Not a report. Three messages you can read in the lift, each with a screenshot.
Get my 3 findingsHi Vivian, went through your store this morning. Three things, most costly first.
1. The email link on your homepage points to vivain@ (typo). Anyone who taps it emails a dead address. Screenshot attached.
2. Your Shop All page is titled “Home page” in Google and has no description, so searchers see nothing worth clicking.
3. All three “Shop by” menu links go to the same default collection. People cannot browse by type.
Each is a 10 to 20 minute fix. Happy to walk you through them, or do them for you. No pressure either way.

The three findings are usually a third of what I find. If you want the whole list handled, that is the 10 Day Fix: every visible bug gone, every collection and top product rewritten so Google has a reason to show you, your app subscriptions reviewed and the redundant ones replaced with built-in code, and a before-and-after you can see.
Fixed price, S$2,200. 10 working days. 3 a month so each one is done properly. You decide after the free findings, not before.
I'm Shawn. Four years running Meta ads for Singapore businesses, 300-plus campaigns, 45,000-plus leads. I have watched a lot of paid traffic land on pages that quietly turned it away. This is the fix for that. One person does the looking and the fixing. No juniors, no handoffs.
A WhatsApp message from me within 48 hours with three specific problems on your store, a screenshot of each, and what each is costing you in plain words. No PDF, no deck, no call unless you want one.
It is the fastest way to show you I have looked at your store, not a template. Some owners fix the three things themselves. Some ask me to fix everything. Both are fine.
Then I tell you that and you have a clean bill of health from someone who looked. In 42 stores checked last month it happened zero times. The average was nine problems per store.
No. You get the three findings, and one message a week later asking if you want them fixed. If you say no, that is the end of it.
Not for the free findings. I look at what any customer can see. Access only comes into it if you ask me to fix things.
Shopify is most of what I see in Singapore. WooCommerce and Shopline are fine too. If your platform is unusual I will say so upfront.
Free. On WhatsApp. From someone who actually looked.
